Richard Keirstead - Chapter President
Responsible for presiding over the business meetings and ensure that all rules and regulations are observed, appoints and serves as a member to all committees, decides tie votes and sees that officers faithfully perform their duties.
Richard is a pragmatic risk professional having worked in a number of industry sectors including financial services, government, professional services and manufacturing. He utilises his commercial understanding to build and maintain successful information security programs to drive information, technology and cultural change to better balance the commercial goals and priorities facing business leaders.
Richard is based in Melbourne, Australia and has held senior IT and information security management roles with ANZ Bank and Ernst & Young. Prior to that he was based in Japan for more than 20 years with Ernst & Young and other organisations, where he also founded and ran the ISSA Tokyo Chapter and was a board member for member services at ISACA Tokyo Chapter. He has served as the CIO and CTO for various international organisations based in Tokyo.
In addition to being the president of (ISC)2 Melbourne Chapter, Richard also works with the Cloud Security Alliance Australia Chapter. He has presented papers at or has been active in CIO Australia, CISO Leaders Summit Australia, ISSA, ISACA and Data Centre Dynamics. Richard's little known fact is that he is a published author of three Japanese language learning aids.

Rahul Lobo - Board Director - Secretary
Responsible for recording the proceedings of the chapter, writes and conducts the correspondence, as well as prepares reports due to (ISC)2 as well as maintaining the chapter website.
Rahul Lobo is Director at EY Cyber with 14 years of experience including 8 years managing a high performing cyber security team involved in attack and penetration testing and Cybersecurity Consulting.

Ken Brandt - Board Director - Treasurer
Responsible for keeping an accurate record of all chapter receipts and expenditures. Treasurer shall collect all dues and other monies, depositing in a repository in the name of the chapter.
Ken is an experienced management consultant and independent director with over 35 years of cyber security, international management, technology, risk and project management experience, largely in the financial services, critical infrastructure, and government sectors. His management consulting clients have included some of the largest multinational banking, brokerage, and telecommunication firms, as well as large government agencies and utility/infrastructure firms.
Ken has led many large successful information security projects, provided expert testimony to financial regulators, written best practices, presented speeches at industry forums, and earned professional certifications in corporate governance and management of: cyber security, information technology, and risk - CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, CSRIC, CGEIT, IAM, GAICD. Ken is based in Melbourne, Australia; gives guest lectures on information security at RMIT; and has held senior cyber security risk management positions with ANZ and Ernst & Young. Prior to that he was based in the United States, where I was the president of two Wall Street information technology/security consultancies, director of a brokerage system consultancy, head of information systems for a brokerage / wealth management firm, and a senior manager with Price Waterhouse.

Mark Burns - Board Director - Memberships
Responsible for promoting the membership growth of the chapter, and ensuring new and potential members are able to take part as easily and smoothly as possible. Also responsible for maintaining membership records to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Dhananjaya (DJ) Naronikar - Board Director - Marketing
Responsible for promoting the chapter externally, informing the community and the media. Also responsible for programs/campaign to promote the chapter, obtain and maintain sponsors, maintain external messaging including social media, LinkedIn discussions, advertising, etc.
Dhananjaya 'DJ' Naronikar is a business and information security leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative security solutions for complex business challenges. During the last 20+ years of his career, a notable achievement has been his ability to be establish security and risk frameworks that assist Boards and Executives manage information & cybersecurity risks.
Sought after as a speaker and career mentor, Dhananjaya is currently engaged with ANZ Bank and serves as a Director of Marketing of (ISC)2 Melbourne Chapter. He has previously worked with CQR, Verizon, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. in various leadership capacities.

Jez Clement - Board Director - Mentoring and CISSP Study Guide
Jez is an experienced, pragmatic and highly-driven information security professional. I have extensive knowledge of the industry gained from working in the software & services, financial services and professional services sectors, as well as public sector IT in the UK and Australia. He is CISSP, CISA, CISM & ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualified, and also holds a MSc. in IT.
In the last fifteen years Jez has focussed on information security strategy, architecture and governance. He has held various management, strategy, and technical roles during my career. In his last role within the UK he was responsible for security leadership, strategy, architecture & information security compliance activities as the head of the IT security group within a large City financial services firm with over 100 offices across the UK. Prior to that he was responsible for guiding and assessing the information security activities of member firms within PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) African & Middle East regions.
Jez am a member of several professional bodies, including the ISSA, AISA, British Computer Society and ISACA. He was the Director of Mentoring for the UK chapter of the ISSA for several years and also previously worked closely with members of the London Local Government IT security community.

Ben Waters - Board Director - Safe & Secure Online
Ben has more than seven years of information security experience across a number of industries, including the telecommunications, legal, retail, health, insurance, and energy sectors. Ben brings highly developed analytical skills and a solid blend of technical skills and business acumen to his experience in the security industry.
Ben is an alumni of Stratsec and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and more recently has contributed to Hivint’s growth from 3 to 43 people in less than 3 years, generating 720% and 1282% growth (per the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia) in its 2nd and 3rd year of operation, and winning the Victorian Telstra business Awards in 2017.
Ben has a Bachelor of Business (Business Information Systems) degree from RMIT University, is a SABSA Chartered Security Architect (SCF), holds the CISSP, GSEC certifications, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
